THIS INDENTURE, made on the 17th day of June, 1898, by and between David Collins and Mary J. Collins his wife of the County of Howell and State of Missouri, parties of the first part, and W. A. Collins James T. Collins Barney Brixey Trustees for the Collins Cemetery of the County of Howell in the State of Missouri, parties of the second part. WITNESSETH, That the said parties of the first part, for and in consideration of the sum of One xx/100 DOLLARS to them paid by the said party of the second part of the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, do by these presents, Remise, release and forever Quit-Claim unto the said party of the second part, the following described Lots, Tracts or Parcels of land lying, being and situate in the county of Howell and the state of Missouri to wit: A PART OF LOT ONE OF THE NORTHWEST QUARTER OF SECTION ONE IN TOWNSHIP TWENTY FOUR RANGE TEN WEST AND MORE PARTICULARLY AS FOLLOWS TO WIT: BEGINNING AT THE NORTH EAST CORNER OF SAID LOT ONE RUN THENCE SOUTH ON EAST LINE OF SAID LOT ONE SIXTEEN RODS TO THE BEGINNING POINT, THENCE WEST 20, RODS THENCE SOUTH 16 RODS THENCE EAST 20 RODS THENCE NORTH 16 RODS TO THE PLACE OF BEGINNING. (THE LAND HEREIN DESCRIBED IS CONVEYED FOR THE SOLE PURPOSE OF A PUBLIC BURRYING PLACE TO BE USED AND MAINTAINED FOR THAT PURPOSE FOREVER.) To have and to hold the same with all rights, immunities, privilages and appurtenances thereto belonging unto the said parties of the second part, their successors forever so that neither the said parties of the first part nor their heirs nor any other person or persons for them or in their name or behalf shall or will hereafter claim or demand any right or title to the aforesaid premisses or any part thereof; but they and everyone of them shall be, by these presents, excluded and forever barred.
