Well, here's Time Square. That's about all I have to say about that one.

Boosted an already nice reflection against the water and, obviously, used the unsharp mask tool.

I thought I'd use something other than the sun or moon for this. I wasn't to happy with the ocean reflection above. I like this image. Kinda subtle. Even though the light is coming from the wrong side of the lighthouse. I also used the technique in the first lesson to subdue the lights on the beach. I don't know if that's really very obvious though.

That lady with the flowers looks like Monica from "Touched By An Angel". Just a quick aside there. Anyway, here we are at Disney World a few years ago. I realized that this doesn't work so well when there's lots of bright sky. Ole' Walt there looks like he has a dark halo around him as do the darker branches against the light sky. This didn't turn out exactly how I had imagined. I think I had better luck with my second try. I just selected my wife's face and kept adding copies of the multiplied layer until I got the look I wanted. I think it's a real sexy and mysterious look as opposed to just the regular sexy image on the right.

Alright, this was probably the most frustrating project I've tackled in all eleven classes I've taken here at LVS. It took me forever to figure out that illumination effect. I finally just went through and turned down the intensity of the thousand points of light. It seemed like a thousand points of light anyway. I reckon that's the way to do it. It looks like the image in the tutorial anyway. I decided that I didn't really want to go through that again so I didn't even consider an extra image. Ain't I a rebel?
